No map showing one or more parcels of land may be filed in the office
of the Putnam County Clerk unless there is affixed thereto a certification
by the Putnam County Director of Real Property Tax Services that each lot
shown thereon has a proper 911 address assigned in accordance with the guidelines
established by the Putnam County Office of Emergency Management and the Putnam
County Planning Department.
