No person shall operate a motor vehicle in excess
of 20 miles per hour upon any public highway, roadway, street or avenue
within the Incorporated Village of Round Lake, exclusive of County-
and state-owned and/or -maintained highways, roadways, streets or
avenues.
A violation of this article shall constitute
an offense of New York State's Vehicle and Traffic Law and shall be
punishable as set forth therein and as set forth in the regulations
promulgated thereunder.
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Round
Lake shall be, and hereby is, empowered to set a higher speed limit
for one or more individual highways, roadways, streets or avenues
by Board resolution.
