The Village of Round Lake is hereby divided
into the following classes of districts:
E. M-PV Municipal Park Area.

The boundaries of such districts are hereby
established on a Map entitled "Zoning Map of the Village of Round
Lake, New York," which map accompanies and with all explanatory matter
thereon is hereby made a part of this chapter. Such map may be referred
to as the "Zoning Map."
No part of a yard or other open space required
about any building for the purpose of complying with the provisions
of this chapter shall be included as part of a yard or other open
space similarly required for another building.

Before applying for a building permit for any
new structure or addition to an existing structure which will extend
the area of ground to be covered or in any way alter the use of the
original building, the applicant shall submit to the Code Enforcement
Officer a plot plan to scale showing by dimensions the location of
such structure and a statement of the proposed use of such structure.
In case the property lines are not established by monuments of a previous
survey, the Code Enforcement Officer may require a certification by
a registered land surveyor. A certificate of compliance will not be
required for maintenance or internal rearrangements which do not change
the use of the property.
