Zoning — See Ch. 184.
There is hereby adopted by the Township of Bern for the purpose of depicting the various zoning districts and their respective boundaries upon an Official Map of Bern Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania, the Official Zoning Map of the Township of Bern, as it shall be so designated and endorsed by the Board of Supervisors and sealed with the Official Township Seal.[1]

A. 
The Official Zoning Map of the Township of Bern shall contain designations of the following zoning districts as more particularly described in Ordinance No. 122-1991[1]:

AB - Agricultural Business.
(2) 
IR - Institutional/Recreational.
(3) 
RR - Rural Residential.
(4) 
SR - Suburban Residential.
(5) 
UR - Urban Residential.
(6) 
HC - Highway Commercial.
(7) 
NC - Neighborhood Commercial.
(8) 
SC - Shopping Center.
(9) 
OR - Office Research.
(10) 
ASU - Airport Special Use.
(11) 
LI - Limited Industrial.
(12)
