Each Bern Township Supervisor elected after October 31, 2001, and taking the oath of office any time subsequent thereto shall be compensated in the amount of $150 for each meeting attended, up to a maximum compensation of $2,500 per year. Such compensation shall be payable from the General Township Fund.
Such compensation shall be paid in monthly or quarterly installments as the Board of Supervisors may determine at the organizational meeting of each calendar year.

In accordance with § 907 of the Municipalities Planning Code (Act of July 31, 1968, P.L. 805, No. 247, as amended),[1] the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Bern hereby determine that each member of the Bern Township Zoning Hearing Board, appointed to office on or after the effective date of this article, shall receive salaries or compensation at the rate of $50 for attending duly advertised general or specific public meetings or hearings of the Bern Township Zoning Hearing Board, not to exceed $1,250 per year.

In accordance with § 202 of the Municipalities Planning Code (Act of July 31, 1968, P.L. 805, No. 247, as amended), the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Bern hereby determine that each member of the Bern Township Planning Commission, appointed to office on or after the effective date of this article, shall receive salaries or compensation at the rate of $50 for attending duly advertised general or specific public meetings or hearings of the Bern Township Planning Commission, not to exceed $1,250 per year.
In accordance with § 309B of the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, as amended,[1] the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Bern hereby determine that each member of the Bern Township Municipal Authority, appointed to office on or after the effective date of this article, shall receive salaries or compensation at the rate of $50 for attending duly advertised general or specific public meetings or hearings of the Bern Township Municipal Authority, not to exceed $1,250 per year. Such salaries or compensation shall be paid from the funds of the Bern Township Municipal Authority.
