The Chairman and Secretary of the Board of Supervisors of Richland Township,
Cambria County, Pennsylvania, are hereby authorized to execute Articles of
Incorporation for the creation of a regional sewer authority to be known as
the "Greater Johnstown Sewer Authority."
The Board of Supervisors of Richland Township specifically reserves
the right to approve any plan of the Authority if the Authority has as one
of its purposes making business improvements or providing administrative services.
The Board of Supervisors shall, from time to time, in accordance with
the appropriate legislation, appoint a representative or representatives to
said Authority to serve on the Authority's Board.
