[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee (now Township Council) of the Township of Byram 10-2-1974 as Sec. 2-21 of the Revised General Ordinances of 1974; amended in its entirety 11-19-1990 by Ord. No. 14-1990. Other amendments noted where applicable.]
An Emergency Management Council, Emergency Management Coordinator and a Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator shall be established as required by the laws and administrative regulations of the State of New Jersey.[2]
