No person shall park a vehicle upon any street in the Township between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 1 to April 15 each year, except that parking shall be permitted during such hours and dates on one side of the streets described in Schedule XIII (§ 230-46), attached to and made a part of this chapter, and that permission may be granted by the Chief of Police or his designee to park overnight in the "Park and Ride" facility located on Route 206 opposite Tamarack Road.

All boats and boat trailers are prohibited from parking on all streets and roadways in the Township of Byram.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIV (§ 230-47), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XV (§ 230-48), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XVI (§ 230-49) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule XVII (§ 230-50) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVIII (§ 230-51) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVIII of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule XVIII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XIX (§ 230-52) except at the angle designated and only within the painted white stall lines.
The locations described in Schedule XX (§ 230-53), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as loading zones.
The locations described in Schedule XXI (§ 230-54), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as taxi stands.
The locations described in Schedule XXII (§ 230-55), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as bus stops.

The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
