The boundaries of the zoning districts as adopted by this chapter
are those shown on the map entitled "Zoning Map of the Township of
Byram," dated October 19, 1995, and last revised on June 19, 2018.
Where a district boundary line, as herein established,
divides a lot which was in single ownership and so recorded on November
2, 1966, the use authorized thereon and other district requirements
applying to the least restricted portion of such lot under this chapter
shall be considered as extending to the entire lot, provided that
the more restricted portion of such lot is entirely within 25 feet
of the dividing district boundary line. The use so extended shall
be deemed to be conforming. Where the more restricted portion of such
lot is not within 25 feet of the dividing district boundary line,
the more restricted portion of the lot under this chapter shall be
considered as extending to the entire lot.
