City of Cape May, NJ Article XIX Department of Beach Patrol

§ 10-72 Department established; Beach Supervisor-Lifeguards.

A. There shall be a Department of Beach Patrol.

B. The head of the Department shall be the Beach Supervisor-Lifeguards, who shall be appointed by the City Manager.

C. The Beach Supervisor-Lifeguards shall determine the qualifications of the lifeguards and shall set forth their duties, all as approved by the City Manager.
