The Subdivision Committee shall review the complete application and report back to the Planning Board Secretary 30 days after the filing date of an application. In the event that during its review of an application it is found by the Planning Board to be incomplete or in violation of any applicable codes or ordinances, the applicant shall be notified by the Secretary of the Board within 45 days of the official receipt of the application by certified mail as to the items omitted or ordinances violated. The Subdivision Committee may refer the application to the full Board for a determination.
