There are adopted by reference, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1 to 26:3-69.6, public health and sanitation codes more particularly known as the "Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey (1953)."
All of the codes are adopted as though fully recited herein, with the exception of that part of Public Health Nuisance Code of New Jersey (1953) Section II, Paragraph (e) referring to the presence of ragweed and Paragraph (f) referring to the presence of poison ivy.
These codes are printed in book form, and three copies of such printed codes and related documents similarly marked have been placed on file in the office of the Secretary or Clerk of the Township Board of Health for the use and examination of the public.
