The subdivider shall observe the following requirements
and principles of land subdivision in the design of each subdivision
or portion thereof.
In addition to the foregoing standards, the
following standards shall be observed in lagoon developments only:
A. All lagoons shall have a minimum width of 100 feet and shall be provided with bulkheads which shall comply with specifications set forth in Subsection
B hereunder.
B. All lagoons shall be enclosed with timber bulkheads.
All timber except anchor piles and anchor logs shall be treated with
creosote oil and shall retain not less than 16 pounds of oil per cubic
foot of timber. Bulkheads shall penetrate at least six feet into solid
bottom. The minimum elevation at the top of the bulkhead shall be
seven feet above mean sea level, United States Coast and Geodetic
Survey Datum 0.00.
C. All properties shall be connected to the central public
sewage disposal system serving the area. Individual sewage disposal
systems will not be permitted.
