The following described locations are hereby
designated as handicapped parking spaces for use by persons who have
been issued special vehicle identification cards by the Division of
Motor Vehicles. Handicapped identification, including but not limited
to, plates, permits or placards, must be prominently displayed so
that it is visible to Borough officials when the vehicle is parked
in a handicapped space. No other person shall be permitted to park
in these spaces.
