Any applicant for land subdivision may submit 22 copies, plus any prints and reproducibles required by the County Planning Board, of a sketch plat of the proposed subdivision for the purpose of classification and preliminary discussion. The sketch plat shall be submitted to the administrative officer at least 35 days prior to the regular meeting of the approving authority.
The sketch plat shall be based on Tax Map information or other similarly accurate base, at a scale not less than 100 feet to the inch. The entire tract shall show or include the following information:
A. 
The location of that portion which is to be subdivided in relation to the entire tract.
B. 
All existing structures within the portion to be subdivided and within 100 feet thereof.
C. 
The names of all adjoining property owners as disclosed by the most recent municipal tax records and the name of the property owner.
D. 
The Tax Map sheet, block and lot numbers.
E. 
All streets, roads, railroads and streams within 200 feet of the subdivision.
F. 
The zone as classified by Chapter 215, Zoning.
G. 
A listing of estimated variances or waivers required by the applicant.
H. 
The accurate location of storm drains, sanitary sewers, waterlines, gas lines, telephone conduits, utility easements and bridges.
