In accordance with the provisions of § 265-28, the following described locations are hereby designated as bus stops:

In accordance with the provisions of § 265-43, The Village Manager, in consultation with the Office of Emergency Management and the Chief of Police, shall designate any streets or parts thereof in the Village as "No Parking Areas" during an emergency condition for the duration deemed necessary to ameliorate the said emergency conditions for the safety of the public.
