No person shall skate upon, ride upon, skateboard upon or run or walk
upon any public street, sidewalk, place or thoroughfare in a manner which
shall cause injury to that person or which shall annoy, frighten, threaten
or endanger the health, safety or welfare of or interfere with the public
lawfully upon such thoroughfare.
It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle upon any of the
sidewalks within the corporate limits of the Borough.
