A.
Construction plans. Construction plans shall be prepared for all required improvements. Plans shall be drawn at a scale of no less than one inch equals 50 feet, and map sheets shall be not larger than twenty-four by thirty-six (24 x 36) inches.
B.
Profiles shall be provided showing existing and proposed elevations along the center lines of all roads. Where a proposed road intersects an existing road or roads, the elevation along the center line of the existing road or roads within 100 feet of the intersection shall be shown.
C.
The Planning Board may require, where necessary to allow a complete review, the present elevations of all proposed streets shall be shown every 100 feet at five points on a line at right angles to the center line of the street, and said elevation points shall be at the center line of the street, each property line and 25 feet inside the property line.
D.
Plans and profiles shall be provided showing the locations and typical cross section of street pavements, including curbs and gutters, sidewalks, manholes and catch basins, the locations of street trees, streetlighting standards and street signs and the location, size and invert elevations of existing and proposed sanitary sewers, stormwater drains and fire hydrants and exact locations and sizes of all water, gas or other underground utilities or structures.
E.
The plans shall show the location, size, elevation and other appropriate description of any existing facilities or utilities at the point of connection to proposed facilities and utilities within the subdivision.
F.
All specifications and references required by the town's Construction Standards and Specifications shall be met.
G.
Notation of approval shall be shown on the plans, as follows:
