[HISTORY: Adopted by the Council of the City of New Rochelle 12-14-1960 by Ord. No. 296-1960. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The City of New Rochelle does hereby establish as its Official Map within the meaning of Article 3 of the General City Law the annexed map entitled "City of New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York, Official Map, dated October 18, 1960," which is made a part of this chapter and adopts the same.[1]

The City Clerk shall, immediately upon the adoption of this chapter, file with the County Clerk of the County of Westchester (Division of Land Records) a certificate showing that the City has amended its Official Map as hereinabove set forth.
