Any person, company or corporation owning, controlling or managing any property or premises whereon there shall be or there exists anything in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter; and any person, company or corporation who shall assist in the commission of any violation of this chapter or any conditions imposed by the Planning Board or who shall build contrary to the plans or specifications submitted and certified as complying with this chapter; and any person, firm, company or corporation who shall omit, neglect or refuse to do any act required by this chapter shall be subject to penalties as provided in Chapter 115, Enforcement Procedures, of the Town Code. For the purpose of conferring jurisdiction upon courts and judicial officers generally, violations of this chapter or of such ordinance or regulation shall be deemed a misdemeanor; and for such purposes only, all provisions of law relating to misdemeanors shall apply to such violations. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate additional violation. Additional remedies shall be as follows:
A. 
In case of any violation or threatened violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or conditions imposed by the Planning Board, in addition to the remedies herein provided, the Town Board may institute any appropriate action or proceeding to abate such violation, to prevent any illegal act conducted on or about such premises.
B. 
No permit shall be issued for development upon any lot, tract, parcel or site created in violation of this chapter. Assignment of a tax number or other mode of separate identification of a unit of land by the assessor for the purpose of tax administration shall not be deemed to create or legitimize a division otherwise invalid hereunder.
