The Town of Perinton is hereby divided into
general types of use districts or classes as hereinafter set forth
and as the same may be from time to time amended.
The location, areas and boundaries of the foregoing
districts and classes of districts were established at the time of
the adoption of the Zoning Ordinance on June 22, 1954, as shown on
the Zoning Map of the Town of Perinton, as amended from time to time,
and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Perinton,
together with any overlays pertaining thereto, which map and overlays
with all explanatory matter shown thereon is hereby made a part of
this chapter. Such map and overlays shall be duly certified and filed
in the Town Clerk's office as required by law.
