The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited in any of the following locations:
(1)
Between the curbline or road line of any street and the sidewalk, except upon written authorization of the Board of Trustees.
(2)
Driveway connecting East Genesee Street with the municipal parking area, on or within any portion thereof, or contrary to or not in conformity with any sign or line regulating parking therein established and maintained by the Village.
(3)
Driveway leading into the municipal parking lot located between the property at 22 Jordan Street and the property at 16 Jordan Street.
(4)
Driveway leading into the municipal parking lot located between the property at 30-32 Jordan Street and the property at 28 Jordan Street.
(5)
Entrance into the Municipal Parking Lot located between the property at 24 Jordan Street and the property at 22 Jordan Street.
(6)
Exit from the Municipal Parking Lot located between the property at 38 Jordan Street and the property at 30-32 Jordan Street.
(7)
Entrance, exit and service road to the Skaneateles Community Center at 97 State Street.

The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. in any location where there are parking meters.
D.
The parking of vehicles in front of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 37 West Genesee Street, between the two driveways serving the property, shall be limited to 15 minutes in duration, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
E.
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in front of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 37 West Genesee Street, in the area located west of the west driveway for a distance of 52 feet.
F.
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in one parking space directly in front of the Presbyterian Manor, 49 West Genesee Street.

The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited on all streets and municipal parking lots within the Village between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. from November 15 to April 1, except as follows:

In the Central Municipal Lot, resident downtown vehicles shall be permitted to park between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. between November 15 and April 1 of the following year in the areas so designated in the lot except on certain weekday nights as posted in the respective locations.

A.
Parking spaces in the Central Municipal Lot shall be reserved for the handicapped in the locations as specified below:
(1)
Two spaces along the south edge of the short-term area.
(2)
One space along the north side of the entry drive from Jordan Street immediately behind and east of Town Hall.
(3)
One space along the east edge of the short-term parking area at its south end and at the north end of the entry drive from East Genesee Street.
(4)
Two spaces along the west side of the all-day parking area, one each on either side of the access drive into the Methodist Church drive lane with the handicapped spaces loading area serving as an accessible corridor into the Church’s parking area and drive.
(5)
One space along the west side of the all-day parking area south of the ingress lane across the south side of the bank property and adjacent to the private parking area at the north end of said section.
B.
One parking space for the handicapped shall be reserved at the following location: West Austin Street, south side, commencing at a point located 62 feet westerly from its intersection with the westerly curb of Jordan Street, thence westerly a distance of 42 feet.
C.
One fifteen-minute parking space for the handicapped shall be reserved by the public rest rooms adjacent to the east side of the Masonic Temple at 13 East Genesee Street (Tax Map No. 007-04-27).
D.
One parking space for the handicapped shall be reserved at 61 East Genesee Street, on the north side, 133 feet east of the east curbline of State Street, said metered parking space to be appropriately designated by signpost and road marking.
E.
One parking space for the handicapped shall be reserved as Meter No. 1 on the south side of West Genesee Street, east of West Lake Street.
F.
One parking space for the handicapped shall be reserved in front of St. James Church, 96 East Genesee Street, just west of the church driveway.
G.
One parking space for the handicapped shall be reserved at the metered parking space in front of 32 East Genesee Street, on the south side, commencing with the west side of the alleyway between the stores, thence westerly a distance of 20 feet.
H.
Two parking spaces for the handicapped shall be reserved at the Skaneateles Fire Station, 77 West Genesee Street, on the east side of the building adjacent to the main entrance.
I.
One parking space for the handicapped shall be reserved at the first metered parking space immediately west of 18 West Genesee Street, on the north side.

A.
Parking of vehicles at the following spaces at the Village Fire Station located at 77 West Genesee Street is limited to the following persons:
(1)
The 13 spaces located at the northern end of the parking lot, south of the truck bay, and the 11 spaces located at the east end of the parking lot are reserved for volunteer firefighters.

(2)
The three spaces located south of the east entrance of the southernmost truck bay are reserved for exclusive use by the two Assistant Chiefs of the Volunteer Fire Department and by the Vice President of the Skaneateles Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.
(3)
The two spaces located on the east side of the Fire Station adjacent to the emergency generator are reserved for use by the President of the Skaneateles Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., and the Chief of the Volunteer Fire Department.
(4)
The two spaces located at the northwest corner of the parking lot, adjacent to the west entrance of the south truck bay, are reserved for use by on-duty employees of the Village Dispatch Office.
B.
With the exception of two designated handicapped spaces, all other parking spaces at the Fire Station are available for use by the general public, while attending an event or conducting business at the fire station.
C.
Parking is prohibited on the one-way entrance road leading from Genesee Street.

D.
The parking of buses, trailers, campers or any vehicle occupying more than one parking space is prohibited at the Fire Station, excepting trailers owned by the Village of Skaneateles Volunteer Fire Department or the Skaneateles Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.
