C. 
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. in the parking lots of the Skaneateles Community Center at 97 State Street except where designated otherwise. Vehicles parked in violation will be ticketed and towed.

In the Central Municipal Lot, resident downtown vehicles shall be permitted to park between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. between November 15 and April 1 of the following year in the areas so designated in the lot (See Exhibit 1.[1]) except on certain weekday nights as posted in the respective locations.

Parking spaces in the Central Municipal Lot shall be reserved for the handicapped in the locations shown on Exhibit 1 and as specified below:

Two spaces along the west side of the all-day parking area, one each on either side of the access drive into the Methodist Church drive lane with the handicapped spaces loading area serving as an accessible corridor into the Church’s parking area and drive.

One space along the west side of the all-day parking area south of the ingress lane across the south side of the bank property and adjacent to the private parking area at the north end of said section.
B. 
One parking space for the handicapped shall be reserved at the following location: West Austin Street, south side, commencing at a point located 62 feet westerly from its intersection with the westerly curb of Jordan Street, thence westerly a distance of 42 feet.

C. 
One fifteen-minute parking space for the handicapped shall be reserved by the public rest rooms adjacent to the east side of the Masonic Temple at 13 East Genesee Street (Tax Map No. 007-04-27).

D.

F. 
One parking space for the handicapped shall be reserved in front of St. James Church, 96 East Genesee Street, just west of the church driveway.

A. 
Parking of vehicles at the following spaces at the Village Fire Station located at 77 West Genesee Street is limited to the following persons:
(1) 
The 13 spaces located at the northern end of the parking lot, south of the truck bay, and the 11 spaces located at the east end of the parking lot are reserved for volunteer firefighters.

The three spaces located south of the east entrance of the southernmost truck bay are reserved for exclusive use by the two Assistant Chiefs of the Volunteer Fire Department and by the Vice President of the Skaneateles Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.

The two spaces located on the east side of the Fire Station adjacent to the emergency generator are reserved for use by the President of the Skaneateles Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., and the Chief of the Volunteer Fire Department.
(4) 
The two spaces located at the northwest corner of the parking lot, adjacent to the west entrance of the south truck bay, are reserved for use by on-duty employees of the Village Dispatch Office.
B. 
With the exception of two designated handicapped spaces, all other parking spaces at the Fire Station are available for use by the general public, while attending an event or conducting business at the fire station.
C. 
Parking is prohibited on the one-way entrance road leading from Genesee Street.

The parking of buses, trailers, campers or any vehicle occupying more than one parking space is prohibited at the Fire Station, excepting trailers owned by the Village of Skaneateles Volunteer Fire Department or the Skaneateles Volunteer Fire Department, Inc.
