Editor’s Note: This local law provided that its adoption
was subject to permissive referendum as provided by New York State
Village Law § 3-302(5). No valid petition requesting such
referendum having been filed, said local law was deemed duly adopted
1-10-2012. This local law was originally adopted as Ch. 45 but was
renumbered to maintain the organizational structure of the Code.
