Borough of Churchill, PA Article II Release of Documents Policy

§ 81-2 Adoption of policy.

The Release of Documents Policy[1] prepared by the Borough officials is hereby adopted as the Borough's policy for use within the Borough of Churchill offices except where specifically precluded by state or federal law. The policy may be amended from time to time in terms of costs and fees in such manner as the appropriate Borough officials shall see fit.
