The following words, when used in this chapter, shall mean as follows:
ALTERATION
Any structural addition or enlargement or any work of rearrangement, removal or replacement of any exterior or interior walls, roof, floor or support or of any part thereof.
PERSON
Any natural person or persons, association, partnership, firm or corporation.
TRAILER
Any structure which is mounted or designed for mounting on wheels and which includes accommodations for sleeping or living purposes for one or more persons.

No person shall cause or permit any trailer to be parked, located or emplaced for sleeping or living purposes for a period in excess of one week.

This chapter shall be enforced by action brought before a Magisterial District Judge in the same manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure. Any person who violates or permits the violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days. Each day or portion thereof that such violation continues or is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. Each section of this chapter that is violated shall also constitute a separate offense.
