[Adopted 8-13-1962]
No garbage, rubbish or waste material shall
be transported over public lands or highways within the Town of Killingworth
unless it is enclosed in containers or vehicles in such manner as
to prevent its escape.
The Board of Selectmen is hereby authorized
to adopt, modify, amend and repeal such regulations concerning the
use and operation of public dumps in the Town of Killingworth as it
may from time to time determine to be in the public interest.

The penalty for violation of any provision of
this article, including the regulations of the Board of Selectmen
adopted hereunder, shall be a fine of not more than $250.
