No garbage, rubbish or waste material shall
be dumped, discarded or otherwise disposed of on any public or private
lands without the consent and approval of the authority in charge
thereof, or the owners thereof, and no garbage, rubbish or waste material
shall be dumped, discarded or otherwise disposed of on any road or
highway within the Town of Killingworth.

The penalty for violation of this article shall
be a fine of not more than $1,000.
