Town of Killingworth, CT Article I Exemption for Solar Energy Systems

§ 412-1 Exemption authorized.

It is hereby enacted that the Town of Killingworth authorizes the property tax exemption for solar heating or cooling systems as set forth in § 12-81(56) of the Connecticut General Statutes and for solar energy electricity-generating systems as set forth in § 12-81(57) of the Connecticut General Statutes.
