A Sidewalk Trust Fund for the replacement, repair
and maintenance of sidewalks is hereby established, which trust fund
shall be administered by the Chief Financial Officer in accordance
with written policies and procedures promulgated by the Borough Council
by resolution.

A.
The Community
Garden Recreation Trust Fund is hereby established to make the licensed
premises suitable for its purposes and thereafter repair and maintain
same.
B.
The Community
Garden Recreation Trust Fund shall be administered by the Chief Finance
Officer in accordance with written policy and procedures prescribed
by the Borough Council.
