A. 
No person shall obstruct or damage any road or street by depositing, placing, dumping, throwing or spilling stones, earth, debris, snow, ice, leaves, brush or hazardous waste [as defined by N.J.S.A. 13:1E-5l(k), as amended, or by any applicable state or federal law] or other materials or things upon a township road or street.
B. 
No person shall shovel, plow or otherwise remove snow or ice from a driveway or other accessway abutting a township road or street upon the paved portion of any township road or street.
C. 
No person shall discharge water or other liquids upon any township road or street or into any gutter, drainage ditch, catch basin or portion thereof serving a township road or street. This provision shall not apply to waters that may flow or pass upon a township road or street by virtue of natural drainage.
D. 
No person shall alter the slope or topography of land so as to cause the drainage of water or other liquids onto a township road or street or into any gutter, drainage ditch, catch basin or portion thereof serving a township road or street.
E. 
No person shall run a pipe or swale onto any township road or street or into any gutter, drainage ditch or catch basin serving a township road or street.
F. 
No person shall place any structure, equipment or building material of any kind or store the same upon any township road or street at any time or for any purpose unless a permit is obtain as set forth herein.
G. 
No person shall obstruct any gutter or drainage ditch, catch basin or any portion thereof serving a township road or street by filling or otherwise depositing stones, earth, dirt, debris, hazardous waste or other materials or things thereon or therein.
H. 
No person shall attach or string any electric or other wire or adjust or carry the same into or over any township road or street, except with written permission of the Road Supervisor.

No structure, equipment or building material shall be placed upon any township road or street without a permit from the Road Supervisor. Such permit shall be for a period no longer than three months and shall not authorize the obstruction of a sidewalk or gutter nor of more than 1/3 of the roadway immediately opposite the lot upon which the building is to be erected and shall be revocable for cause by the Road Supervisor or the Township Committee. The holder of such permit shall so guard such material with red lights at night as to avoid accidents. Upon revocation of such permit, all materials deposited pursuant to such permit shall be removed within 48 hours and the highway restored to its original condition.
All owners, tenants and/or occupants in charge of premises at any corner formed by the intersection of highways shall, within 15 days of the receipt from the Township Clerk of written notice to do so, trim, prune and, if necessary, remove all hedges, brush, shrubs and overhanging limbs of trees or any obstacle upon such part of the premises as specified in said notice, to the end that persons driving vehicles upon either of such intersecting highways, for a distance of at least 20 feet from such intersection measured along such highway, shall have clear and unobstructed vision.
The habitual or temporary use of any area of a street or roadway as an ingress to or egress from abutting property by vehicles, trailers or mechanical equipment of a weight or dimension greater than private automobiles is hereby prohibited.
Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
