Effective upon the passage of this chapter, the following fee schedule is hereby established for the various licenses, permits and inspections as may be required under the ordinances of the Township of Hampton or any amendments thereto:
A.
Sewage disposal system permits.

(a)
Single-family homes: $100 per year for each year from date of original expiration date of permit. In addition to appropriate renewal fees, a review and recertification of the plan by the Sussex County Health Department is necessary. The recertification shall require the Design Engineer to certify that: no changes have been made to impact the installation of the system. The Design Engineer shall stamp the original plan "no changes" and shall sign the plan as resubmitted. In lieu of payment of the retroactive renewal fees, the applicant shall have the option to submit a new application together with a new application fee whereupon the original permit shall be deemed null and void by the Sussex County Department of Health.

Multifamily housing: $400.
(c)
Commercial, manufacturing or industrial sites: $400.
(4)
Reinspection fee: $25.

For the observation, inspection and recording of a soil log by the Board of Health or its agent: $30 for the site inspection plus $5 per test hole.
