A. 
The Conservation Advisory Council is hereby redesignated as a Conservation Board, to have all the powers enumerated in § 239-y of said Law.[1]

B. 
The terms of office of the members of the Conservation Board shall be for two years.[2]

The Open Space Inventory and Map[1] are hereby accepted and approved, subject to the following modifications:

Delete parcels under 10 acres in size.
