This chapter shall apply only to applications submitted on or after the effective date.[1]

Editor's Note: Section 12 of this local law provided that this chapter shall take effect on the filing of this chapter with the Secretary of State. Those portions of the chapter pertaining to wetlands shown on freshwater wetlands maps shall take effect after certification of the Commission by the State Department of Environmental Conservation in accordance with 6 NYCRR 665.5 and after the final New York State Freshwater Wetlands Maps for Westchester County are filed.
If any provision of this chapter shall be in conflict with any other chapter or ordinance of the Town of Pound Ridge or any law of the State of New York or political subdivisions thereof, the provisions of the more restrictive law shall apply. It is the intent of the Town Board to repeal Chapter 63 of the Town Code simultaneously with the adoption of this chapter.[1]
