It shall be unlawful for any person, whether or not a resident of the Town of Pound Ridge and whether or not a subscriber to the Town Park or Pool, to enter upon the Town Park or other Town recreation area after such hour as may be prescribed by the Town Board or Recreation Committee or Commission for the closing of such park or recreation area unless such person or persons shall be present upon said premises by permission or order of the Town Board, the Recreation Committee or Commission or Town police officers.
Any person committing an offense against any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a violation pursuant to the Penal Law of the State of New York, punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. The continuation of an offense against the provisions of this chapter shall constitute, for each day the offense is continued, a separate and distinct offense hereunder.

The provisions of this chapter shall be in addition to, and not in substitution of, the applicable provisions of the Penal Law of the State of New York in such cases made and provided relating to unlawful entry, disorderly conduct, theft or destruction of property and shall be in addition to, and not in substitution of, the civil remedies of the Town of Pound Ridge to recover in an action at law for damages or restitution in the case of damage to Town property.
