Any person who violates any local law prohibiting vehicles from parking, stopping and standing in any part of Town where so doing is a violation shall be subject to the following maximum fines:
A. 
Prohibited area: $25.
B. 
No parking any time: $25.
C. 
Parking restricted: $25.
D. 
Blocking driveway: $25.
E. 
Other (specify): $25.
F. 
Double parking: $25.
G. 
Fire lane: $50.
H. 
Handicapped parking: $50.
