The stopping of vehicles except buses is hereby prohibited in any of the following locations:
(1) 
On the north and south sides of Ridge Read, between Seneca Street and Orchard Park Road.
(2) 
On the north and south sides of Seneca Street, between Union Road and Ridge Road.
(3) 
On the east side of Wildweed Place, between Seneca Street and a point 88 feet northerly therefrom.
(4) 
On the west side of Wildwood Place, between Seneca Street and a point 90 feet northerly therefrom.
B. 
No person shall stand or park a vehicle, whether occupied or not, except momentarily to pick up or discharge a passenger(s) at the following locations:

(1) 
On the north end of Jasmine Avenue, east and west sides, 60 feet southerly from the end of the street.

A. 
In addition to the restrictions provided for in §§ 115-7 through 115-11, no vehicle larger than 225 inches, inclusive of load and bumper, and wider than 80 inches, as measured by the body, or higher than 81 inches, as measured from the underside of the tire to the top of the vehicle, shall be parked on any street within a residential area or in any Town-owned parking lot in the Town of West Seneca.
B. 
The provisions of this section shall not apply to:
(1) 
Vehicles parked because of an emergency or at the direction of a Town of West Seneca police officer;
(2) 
Vehicles of the Town of West Seneca, fire apparatus, ambulances, or vehicles engaged in the work of a public utility; and
(3) 
Vehicles engaged in making pickups or deliveries, loading or unloading the vehicle, or rendering services in or upon any property adjacent to the street where said vehicles are parked.
