The Superintendent of Highways is hereby authorized
to establish areas for handicapped parking in the Town of West Seneca.
The Town Clerk shall process applications for handicapped parking
and issue handicapped parking permits to qualified residents of the
Town of West Seneca.
The parking of vehicles is hereby restricted,
where designated, at the following locations to handicapped persons
with Town permits:
A.
Kiwanis Youth Center.
B.
West Seneca Town Hall.
C.
West Seneca Library.
D.
Centennial swimming pool.
E.
West Seneca Outdoor Recreation Center.
F.
On the north side of Indian Church Road commencing
at a point 285 feet west of Union Road to a point 116 feet east of
the center line of Jack Berry Street.
