The Board of Trustees of the Village of Westhampton Beach may, on an
annual basis by adoption of a resolution, authorize the publication and distribution
of a newsletter at Village expense. The newsletter may contain information
including but not limited to information as to the structure and function
of various boards and departments within the Village government, schedules
of Village activities, financial reports, updates on proposals for long-term
projects or proposals and similar material.
