No person shall appear in a public place in the Village of Westhampton Beach clothed or costumed in a bathing suit, except within a distance of 300 feet of a bathing beach, unless such bathing suit is completely covered with fully opaque outer clothing.
No person while within the bounds of any public street or place in said Village shall disrobe for the purpose of putting on or removing any bathing suit or other garments.

No person shall appear in a public place in said Village clothed or costumed in such a manner that the portion of his or her breast below the top of the areola (the colored ring around the nipple) is not covered with fully opaque covering. This section shall not apply to the breastfeeding of infants.

No person shall appear in a public place in said Village unless his or her buttocks and the private or intimate parts of his or her body are covered with a fully opaque covering.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a violation pursuant to the Penal Law of the State of New York, punishable by a fine not exceeding $250. The continuation of an offense against the provisions of this chapter shall constitute, for each day the offense is continued, a separate and distinct offense hereunder.
