No person shall intrude upon any lot or piece of land within the Village of Westhampton Beach, New York, except public property specifically designated for use by the public, without authority from the owner thereof.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and subject to a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both a fine and imprisonment.
