The Town Board, Town of Yorktown does hereby
establish the Office of the Town Comptroller for the Town of Yorktown,
effective January 1, 1977
Said Comptroller is hereby given all the powers
and charged with all the responsibilities as encompassed in the laws
of the State of New York.
