The public water supply of the Town of Yorktown
shall be fluoridated in the following manner: A fluoride compound
of a type and manner approved by the Commissioner of Health of the
Westchester County Health District shall be added to the public water
supply to provide a concentration of approximately 1.0 parts per million
of the fluoride ion; provided, however, that the concentration of
such ion shall not exceed 1.5 parts per million.
