Borough of Ephrata, PA Chapter 95 Unemployment Compensation Fund

§ 95-1 Borough to reimburse state for claims.

According to the provisions of Section 1202.2(a) of the Unemployment Compensation Law,[1] the Borough of Ephrata chooses to reimburse the State Unemployment Fund for any claims paid from the fund which are attributable to the borough.
