A Department of Borough Planning is hereby created which shall be in the charge of a Borough Planning Commission, which Commission is also hereby created and which shall be known as the "Media Borough Planning Commission."

Said Media Borough Planning Commission shall consist of seven members in total and shall be constituted as further provided by law and shall perform all the duties and exercise all the powers conferred by law upon such Borough Planning Commission.

Editor’s Note: This ordinance also stated that upon its adoption, the existing nine-member Planning Commission would be reduced to a seven-member Commission by allowing the terms of the two existing members with the next-expiring terms to expire without appointing anyone to fill such members’ seats.
