Borough of Media, PA Chapter 65 Purchasing

§ 65-1 Participation in purchase contracts authorized.

The Council hereby authorizes itself or its duly authorized representatives to participate in purchase contracts of the Department of General Services and agrees that it will be bound by such terms and conditions as the Department may prescribe.

§ 65-2 Payments to vendors.

To the extent that such participation is undertaken, the Borough of Media will be responsible for payment directly to the vendor under each purchase contract.
