It shall be illegal for any person to operate
a catering business in the Borough who does not possess a license.
The fee for such a license shall be: $200 annually for each catering
business not already licensed as a food establishment within the Borough.
All catering businesses based, operating and/or catering functions within the Borough shall be subject to inspection by the Borough of Media and shall comply with all rules and regulations referenced in § 173-3 herein.
