Each landlord, lessor and sublessor of property in the Borough of Media or the agent or manager of such landlord, lessor or sublessor shall file with the borough, on or before January 15 of each year, on a form prescribed and supplied by the borough, a list of all tenants or lessees of each of their units as of December 31 of the prior year. Such form shall include the original date of initial occupancy of all tenants and lessees.
Said list shall be supplemented within 15 days of the arrival of tenants or lessees not previously reported or of the departure of lessees or tenants previously reported.

Any person, partnership, corporation or other form of business association which shall violate any term or provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $600, plus costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days.
