§ 2-151 Continuation; powers and duties; appointment. The Board of Adjustment as heretofore established and empowered pursuant to law (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-69 et seq. and the Code of the Township of Brick) is continued, and the members shall be appointed by the Township Council.
