It shall be unlawful for any person under the legal age for purchasing alcoholic beverages:
A. 
To enter any premises licensed for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages for any purpose, unless accompanied by his parent or by some person who is not a minor.
B. 
Whether or not accompanied by a person of full age, to enter any premises licensed for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages for the purpose of purchasing or having served or delivered to him in any way whatsoever any alcoholic beverages.
C. 
To misrepresent or misstate his age for the purpose of inducing any person to sell, serve, deliver or procure any alcoholic beverage for himself or others.
D. 
To knowingly have, possess, carry, distribute, transport or consume any alcoholic beverage in any place of public assemblage or any motor vehicle, public street, avenue, highway, road or alley within the Township.
Nothing herein shall apply to possession, in the course of employment, of alcoholic beverages by any such person while actually engaged in the course of such employment pursuant to an employment permit issued by the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, or for a bona fide hotel or restaurant, in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 33:1-26.

Unless otherwise provided by Title 33 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated, any person who shall be convicted of a violation of any part of this article shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1, § 1-15, General penalty, as the Judge before whom said conviction is had shall find and determine.
